Cancelling or moving
Appointments are limited and our therapists work on call, so please give us at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A change with less notice is charged at 50% of the service.
An appointment can be rescheduled up to 2 times.
Enter the day and time of your appointment to see when notice of a change is due.
Missed appointments
If you do not come to your appointment, 100% of the service is charged to the card on file.
Confirming your appointment
After you send your details, please wait for us to approve the appointment. Then please confirm it within 72 hours of your appointment time.
Deposits
Every deposit is non-refundable.

This is the policy our Katy studio publishes, on its own page. It applies to every appointment at Nhiên Katy.
Houston takes its first bookings shortly before the doors open in January 2027 and confirms its own policy before then. Until it does, this is what to expect.
